Pre startup inspection

1、Clean the soil and debris on the equipment in each shift; Check whether the appearance of the equipment is intact, and whether there are any abnormal damages such as deformation or cracks.

2、Check whether the walking mechanism is deformed or cracked; Whether the connecting bolts are loose or missing; Whether the driving gear block, supporting wheel, guide wheel, and belt pulley are worn out beyond the limit.

3、Check whether the lubrication of each part is good.

4、Check for any leakage in each part, and ensure that the connecting bolts are not loose, broken, or missing; Are the attachments complete.

5、Check engine oil level, coolant level, battery electrolyte level, etc.

6、Check whether the instruments, indicators, and indicator lights are complete and intact.

Start

1、Before starting the machine, the inspection items for each shift must be completed.

2. After starting the engine, it should idle for 3-5 minutes to check for any abnormal noise, odor, vibration, or leakage, and observe whether the engine exhaust color is normal.

3. Check the amount and pressure of diesel and hydraulic oil. 

 四、Usage method

Work

1、The idle running time of the engine should not exceed 15 minutes.

2、There must be a ground commander responsible for the safety of the tracked transport vehicle during operation

3、Before starting, check whether there are people or obstacles in the front, back, left, and right of the vehicle, and sound the horn to indicate.

4、When driving, control the speed range according to the load situation and do not ride over materials such as stones that are higher than the chassis.

5、No personnel are allowed to get on or off equipment while driving, no one is allowed to stand outside the cab for maintenance and other work, no unrelated personnel are allowed to ride, and no one is allowed to ride anywhere outside the cab.

1、After starting the engine, press the clutch, shift gears, and easily engage the clutch, and the tracked vehicle begins to move.

2、The default position of the control lever is walking. When pulled backwards, the corresponding side track will slow down or stop according to the magnitude of the pull. That is, when it is necessary to turn in one direction, pull the control lever on that side backwards to complete the turn.

Tipping bucket

1、When flipping the bucket, the tracked vehicle needs to run in neutral or at low speed

2、Pull the dump operation valve to complete the dump operation

When shutting down, choose a flat ground. Before turning off the engine, place all switches in their empty positions

五、Maintenance

2、Check whether the walking mechanism is deformed or cracked; Whether the connecting bolts are loose or missing; Whether the driving gear block, supporting wheel, guide wheel, and belt pulley are worn out beyond the limit.

3、Check whether the track shoes are broken or worn beyond the limit.

4、Check whether the lubrication of each part is good, and add lubricating oil to each lubrication point once per shift.

5、Check for any leakage in each part, and ensure that the connecting bolts are not loose, broken, or missing; Are the attachments complete.

6、Check the engine oil level, hydraulic oil level, and add oil when the hydraulic oil is insufficient.

7、Check the air filter and clean the air filter element if necessary.

8、Check for abnormal wear, aging, cracking, and other phenomena in the oil pipes and electrical circuits.

9、Check the lighting, speakers, and whether they are complete and effective.

10、Check whether the instruments, indicators, and indicator lights are complete and intact.
